Full Home Vision Plan — Starting at $6,500

A comprehensive, top-to-bottom design package ideal for new builds or whole-home renovations.

Full-home layout & space planning

At AF Square Design, we support builders and developers with high-quality, permit-ready design documents that streamline your workflow — all at a fraction of the cost of hiring a licensed architect.

Whether you're building from the ground up or working on a remodel, we deliver detailed architectural plan sets designed to meet local permit standards and builder needs.

Full permit-ready plan set
Dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and sections
Electrical plan (lighting, outlets, switches, basic circuitry layout)
Foundation plan
Framing plans with basic take-offs
Reflected ceiling plans
Finish schedules and material specs
